"We inherited a hot tub spa when we purchased our home. When we tried to get it going after the winter, we ran into some difficulties with the filter. We thought we would have to replace the entire housing and we contacted Chinook to service our spa. The repair would have been costly due to the cost of the parts and the hours of service it would take to replace the entire filter housing.
Before servicing our hot tub, Chinook made a suggestion that just might fix our problem. We purchased $30 worth of parts from them and managed to fix our spa ourselves thanks to their excellent suggestion. Their honesty and integrity has guaranteed that we will be customers for life. Thank you!!"

We love our infrared sauna!
We purchased a Signature series Infrared Sauna in the Fall of 2012. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and it is used frequently. Upon purchasing a hot tub in the Fall of 2006 from Chinook Hot Tubs and Saunas we, of course, went there to purchase our sauna. The experience was only positive right from the inquiries and purchase down to the installation by Robert in our basement which was no easy task for him as the narrow, and low ceiling, staircase presented a problem. Rob was determined and experienced and our infrared sauna was successfully installed and used that very night by me and my husband. Rob's clean-up after the installation was very appreciated. No mess or garbage was left behind. We are impressed by the knowledge of the staff and found everyone to be helpful. Thank you!

Christmas vacation saved!
Dear Rob:
We would like to thank you for your excellent and diligent service to our hot tub last Christmas. We were in Florida and had noticed that our hot tub had a leak the evening before our departure. We knew that the pipes could very well freeze while we were away, and called Chinook Pools & Hot Tubs on the Monday, Dec. 23. You came over and checked out our hot tub, found the leak and fixed it on Christmas Eve, with a follow up a few days later. The weather was very cold and snowy, but you managed to obtain a key to our house from our neighbour and traipsed through the deep snow to our back yard. Not many companies would provide this excellent service at Christmas time, especially in such difficult weather. We totally appreciate your dedication and care.

"In the fall of 1999 we decided to add a hot tub to our home...indoors. After checking many places, we decided on Chinook Hot Tubs & Saunas. Installation went really well and we were very pleased with both the pricing and service. Over the past 12 years when we have run into problems, our phone calls for help have been answered quickly and politely.
