"We bought our first hot tub in 1998 from Chinook and then a replacement in 2010. For the entire 14 years, Robert himself has provided wonderful repair and maintenance service for us.
Our hot tub is in the backyard and obviously, running continuously in our climate, we did need some work on it about once a winter, often in the middle of a cold snap. Actually, the access to our first hot tub was poorly designed by the contractor who built the deck and forced Robert to work lying down on his back for the most part. Still, he didn't complain, except once :) Fortunately, we solved the access problem when we installed the second hot tub and the innards on "modern" hot tubs are much easier to work on than they used to be.
Today Robert came over on a Saturday just before Christmas to do some warranty work so we could use the hot tub with family visiting for the holidays. This was way beyond the call of duty. To me, the main question when buying a hot tub is: "How good will the service be?" because, don't kid yourself, it will require service and you don't want the pipes to freeze and burst because there was no tech available.
Based on my experience over 14 years with Chinook and Robert, I wouldn't even consider any other supplier. Thanks Robert!"
